Looking For ideas to fund My aircraft business

Not sure if I am approaching this right, but I’m looking for access to Elon to ask a few questions.?
I have a small aircraft manufacturing business that I have had placed in my lap in the mid 80s the company had 150 employees and sold over 500 aircraft. It has changed hands several times and has been placed in my lap. i’m trying to find ways to bring the business into the newer technologies available and new products. I’m not asking for donations from him I’m asking for a ways to build the business and make it grow and bring newer aircraft to development along with manufacturing engines For lighter aircraft that are desperately needed and I want to help trade schools.
If I could, please get insights on what I can do to make this come forward, it would be greatly appreciated, many thanks!
