Our company's sales have been sliding lately. We're running things the same way we did when revenue was climbing steadily, but something's clearly off. Hiring an outside analyst to examine every aspect of our business is expensive, so we're thinking about bringing in some kind of smart AI assistant that can regularly analyze our data and point out what needs fixing and where things are going wrong. What business assistant would you recommend using?

Revenue drops usually come from multiple factors stacking up, not just one obvious problem. Could be your customer acquisition cost creeping up while you're focused on other metrics, or maybe your retention rate is slipping and nobody noticed because new sales were masking it. A lot of businesses keep doing what worked two years ago and wonder why it stopped delivering results. Market conditions shift, competitor strategies change, customer preferences evolve. Having something that continuously monitors those moving parts makes more sense than a one-time consultant report that's outdated in six months.
